Why

When working close together in a local board, it is important that we work well together and we are prepared for the upcoming year.

The objectives of the Icelandic Academy is to facilitate the newly elected boards in preparing for their upcoming year. That includes getting to know one another better, get practical knowledge, do some exercises, have fun, overcome challenges and work together as a team.

When

November 18th – 20th 2016. The academy starts at 17:00 on Friday and ends at 17:00 on Sunday.

Where

A skiing cabin in Bláfjöll, just outside of Reykjavík. This is up in the mountains during winter times in Iceland and there will be some outside activities so bring winter clothing.

How

Price is 275€ for the whole academy.

All accommodation and food during the academy is included. Upon registration you will be sent a list of necessary items to bring such as suitable clothing.
