 æðumenn munu taka þátt í keppninni og eru allir hvattir til að koma 
 og fylgjast með! Viðburðurinn er opinn fyrir alla.\n\nStaðsetning ver
 ður auglýst þegar nær dregur!\n\nMæting er kl. 13:45 en keppnin hefst
  kl. 14:00 stundvíslega.\n\nUmræðuefnið í ár eru kjörorð heimsfors
 eta JCI\, “Change begins with me” eða „Breytingin byrjar hjá mér
 “. Verkefni þátttakenda er að flytja mælskuræðu sem tjáir þeirra
  afstöðu til þess hugtaks. Ræðurnar mega vera á ensku eða íslensku
 .\nEina keppnisreglan er sú að umræðutími er 5-7 mínútur – ef kep
 pandi er undir 5mín eða yfir 7mín þá fellur hann sjálfkrafa úr leik
 .\n\nÞað er líka til mikils að vinna því sigurvegarinn fær tækifæ
 ri til að keppa fyrir hönd JCI Íslands við fulltrúa annarra evrópula
 nda í Mælskukeppni JCI í Evrópu og hlýtur þar að auki þingpakka á
  Evrópuþing JCI í Riga\,Lettlandi í júní.\n\n-----------------------

 ng championship takes place on Saturday March 28th at 13:45.\n\nSix presen
 table speakers will participate and everyone is encouraged to come and wat
 ch! The event is open for all. Please invite your friends.\n\nThe location
  of the event will be published soon!\nThe competition starts at 14:00 but
  you are encouraged to show up at 13:45\n\nThis years topic is the 2018 sl
 ogan of JCI\, “Change begins with me”. Speakers can interpret the topi
 c in their own way but the speech must be between 5-7 minutes long. If it 
 is under 5 mins or over 7 mins the speaker is automatically disqualified. 
 The speeches may be in English or Icelandic.\n\nThere is a lot in stake be
 cause the winner will have the opportunity to compete on behalf of Iceland
  to become the JCI European champion and win a conference package for the
